RECEPTION 2026

You are warmly invited to our Open Evening on Thursday 27th November 2025 from 5.30 p.m - 7.00 p.m

The application process for our 2026 – 2027 Reception intake is open from the 1st September 2025 and closes on the15th January 2026.

All applicants must complete an application online to the Local Authority between these dates.

If you live in the London Borough of Havering, please apply to Havering Admissions using the following link:

If you live in another local authority, you should  apply online directly through their Admissions portal.

To accompany the application to the Local Authority, parents and carers applying to St Mary's must also complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) for their child.  Along with this completed form, we need to see copies of the following documents:

• Your child's birth certificate
• Your child's baptism certificate 
• A Council Tax statement from this year 
• One of the following:

A photo drivers licence/a utility bill dated no later than the last three months 

These documents can be scanned to admissions@stmcps.co.uk or brought into the school office between 10.00 a.m and 11.00 a.m during term times.

If you are a practising Catholic, you will not need to to submit a Certificate of Catholic Practice to support your application.  

In Year Admissions 2025-2026

Should you wish to apply for a place at St Mary's, you will need to complete an In-Year Application through the online portal, by visiting  www.havering.gov.uk/admissions/inyear. 

You will also need to complete a Supplementary Information Form for St Mary's.
